Q6: I may not like the person for what they do but I can still like the person for who they are. If any one was intolerant of my friend because they think were different, Then I would go to them and ask who told them that and why they would even believe it unless they knew it for them self.
Q3: I live in a neighborhood with a lot of different people. On Oregon Ave there has been some shootings. and in my opinion that is not a safe place to raise elementary kids. I’ve grown up in a high strung neighborhood and a neighborhood where elementry year old run wild around my house and I have to chase them off because they start vandalizing our driveway with skids .
Q2: If I ever hear a person say something racial or sexual I would say you don’t have to like them just respect them and what they do or are. I luckily haven’t had any one use a racial or sexual slure to me probably because I’m a quiet person and don’t really talk to many people. Someones people form an opinion about someone with out really getting to know the person better.
My Sports Memiors
I love to play the sport of soccer; I have played for a lot of my life. But only one event comes to mind out of them all, and that was when I was in 7th grade I was about 14 years old and I had decided not to play for my school because my teammates all ways made me feel horrible because I was small and scrawny and I hadn’t played for the last season so I wasn’t all that great. Then I went to our rival school Loral Jr High school to play for them and they help me get my ability to play my defense position, left diamond on the field.
The day I had been waiting for had finally came my game against my old school, my coach told me to play forward this time so I did and I ended up scoring 4 points. we ended shutting out every team we played but none were as sweat as the victory against my school. The final score of my favorite game was 11 to 0, a complete shut out I was really proud of how I played that season. That was the last time I played for that school and my favorite sport soccer. I had to then move to Springfield Oregon where I started to play soccer once more.
I think texting is a quick way of telling someone something without having to call them. I don’t do texting because of my parents, but I think it is a good idea. I don’t text any one because my parents shut texting off on my cell phone. My parents feel that texting take the personalization out of talking face to face with people, but I think that is stupid. I am not able to text any-one so on a day to day basis I text to 0 people a day. I think if you text excessively it will effect your ability to write but if you do it here and there I don’t think it will affect your writing at all. Texting doesn’t affect my writing because I’m not aloud to text so my writing problem is all on me. texting is every where in a high school people talking to friends or just trying to find someone. its nothing now but maybe in a few years it will be part of the English language. you see texting even in big time movies and sometimes in books. It changes face to face conversations when your nervious to talk to some one or if your really mad at someone and you don’t want to fight you can use texting but sometimes that’s worse.
In the book “Path Of Daggers” By Robert Jordan. There is a scene where the 12 women in the knitting club have to work as a team to finish thier quest. Some of the 12 women had to get supplies and then some stay and set up camp. This relates to me when i play soccer. The players each have a different role to play in the game and each is required to live up to the role to be able to win the game. Each person in the knitting club each have a role to play just like people on a soccer field. (Team Work)
Blogging is fun to do because you get to write about stuff you like and don’t like with people you know and some you don’t. I heard of blogging from my dad and his car web site were he does car talk with other camaro lovers. I do use the computer a because my dad uses the computer all the time when hes not working on my camaro. I tipically use the computer for gaming and doing reports for my classes. I honestly hate writing yet my parents say i should wright fiction books because of my imagination. my favorite part of writing would have to be fiction writing. People are worry about kids on the Internet because they get access to thing they should never go to or see. A lot of people I know use the computer or Internet for online-gaming of just to chat to people online like at my-space and stuff like that. Its going to be fun because my parents are to strict to let be got to online places to chat with friends and meet other people because they think it is a bad idea for me to go there when you don’t know any one who uses it.
The book I’m reading for SSR is called the Path Of Daggers. It is a fantasy book that is in a series of 15 books. I’m on book 8 and it is a pretty interesting series. I highly suggest reading it to those who like fantacy and fiction books. It involves battles, graphic words and descriptive scence. The story is about a clan of women that find something there not supposed to, so they end up on a long trip for their life.
